Hi everyone , My name is Chris!
I have been making jewelry for years and have always loved to buy and make fun jewelry. I just started making lampwork beads in March 2005 about 6 months ago  ( but have been admiring them for a few years), and  I hope to start getting some more up on my site soon. So please come back often and take a look!

I have been into making things since I was a small child. My parents were both very artistic. My mom could sew and make almost anything. My dad could draw, so I guess I had it in my blood.  I love to draw, paint, sculpt, and try just about any craft out there. My hubby used to think I was going to move him out of the house with all of the things I needed for my hobbies. Well, he finally built us a big 3 car garage with me having part of it as my work shop. ( I have kind-of taken over some of his space too. opps!)

I fell in love with lampworking and it's something I have been dreaming about for a long time. To paint with glass is so exciting! To make cute little creatures and wear them, I just love it! I think I have found what I have been looking for. :)

Here are pictures of where I do my bead making and the other is my workshop! I'm lucky to have two rooms.(one is really my Hubbys but I try not to bring that up to often)

 Making a bead!

My Hubbys side, see his yard tools.

Trying to get that shape I want.

Ok, now for some stringer control. Be very careful not to burn your nail! OPPS! Been there, done That!

This is my shop! Thats a picture of my Dad in the background.

This is where I string my
beads and do other crafts.
  Another view of my room.

And of course my Flamebud Ginger. She hangs with me everywhere I go. If I don't let her in she starts to cry. Have to watch where she is or I'll fall over her. Shes part Dobbie and Rottwiller, but sweet as can be. My sweet girl passed away in 2006 and I will miss her so. Its hard to look down and not see her laying next to me.
